ICAR-Indian Institute of Spices Research (IISR) formally observed Constitution Day on 26^th November 2025 to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India.

The observance was led by Dr. A Ishwara Bhat, Head, Division of Crop Protection. The staff and scientific community of ICAR-IISR collectively participated in reading the Preamble to the Constitution.
