ICAR - IISR, Kozhikode conducted a one-month Summer Internship Programme on ‘Spice processing and Product diversification' from 29^th May to 28^h June 2024. Seven students from Dr. N G P Arts and Science College, Coimbatore participated in the programme to gain hands-on training in cutting-edge spice processing techniques. The programme comprised of theory and practical sessions in product development, analysis and standardization.  The training was coordinated by Dr. E Jayashree, Principal Scientist and Dr. P V Alfiya, Scientist, ICAR – IISR.
